Q.1: What Types of Photography Are Available ?

Ans : There are 3 types of photography

Acrylic : High resolution photographs have a 1/8’’ thick acrylic overlay, a 1/8” thick backing and an aluminum frame for hanging attached to the back of the photography. These are shipped to you in a specially designed box for protection.

Print : High resolution photographs are printed on a high quality paper and shipped to you in a shipping tube.

Canvas : High resolution photographs are printed on a high quality canvas and shipped to you in a shipping tube.

Q.2: How Do I Care For My Photography ?

Ans : For acrylic photos, carefully remove the protective covering over the acrylic. Start at one end or one corner and roll the protective film off. Use a hollow cardboard tube if available to wrap the protective film around to help roll it off. Clean only with a soft damp cloth in order to prevent scratches to the acrylic surface.

For photo paper and canvas prints, be careful when unrolling the artwork to avoid creating creases in the photo. Unroll and roll back up slowly and carefully. This is best done with two people for larger photo prints and canvas prints.

For all photography, keep out of direct sunlight as intense light can adversely affect photo and canvas prints and acrylic.

Q.3: How Do I Hang My Photography ?

Ans : Since we don’t know where and how customers will hang their photography, we do not include mounting hooks or plates. However, a strong mounting bracket is attached to the back of your acrylic photography. French cleats are a good solution for mounting your photography. They are available at most hardware stores in various lengths and can be mounted and leveled. As a reference, Large Acrylic photography weights a maximum of 20 lbs.

Q.4: Can I Purchase Custom Size Photography ?

Ans : Please inquire within and we will let you know if that is possible. Send details regarding size and type along with destination.

Q.5: Can You Accommodate Large Orders ?

Ans : Yes we can, and we can provide quantity orders and prices for builders, designers, vacation rentals, etc. Quick shipment is available along with custom sizes.

All photography ships UPS ground, continental USA only, typically within one week of purchase and a tracking number will be e-mailed to you upon shipment.

Q.7: What Is The Warranty ?

Ans : Any photography purchased online can be returned within 14 days if not completely satisfied. Customer is responsible for return shipping to Garry Ikola Photography.
